The position
The Baia de Bahas residence is located in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella, close to the sea and just 4 km from Porto Rotondo and 5 km from the port of Golfo Aranci.The main locations of the Costa Smeralda can be easily reached by car in just a few minutes.
The beach of Marinella is only 1 km away and is characterized by its bright color and turquoise water, the nearest sandy bay is about 350 m away: ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, be it as a couple or for families.
Olbia with its international airport and Golfo Aranci as a ferry port are 20 km and 10 km from the residence respectively.
The residence
The following externally managed services are present in the structure: restaurant/pizzeria, bar, market, yoga center (seasonal opening, no guarantee).The apartments are located in the main building or in the 2-story annexes, most have a veranda or balcony and some offer sea views.

- 30% of the rental price from 21 to 18 days prior arrival date
- 50% of the rental price from 17 to 10 days prior arrival date
- 75% of the rental price from 9 to 5 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 4 days prior arrival date to no-show
