The residence Borgo degli Ulivi with its elegant dependance Il Borgo is located in Arbatax, on the east coast of Sardinia, near the marina and only a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches. The beach of Porto Frailis is approx. 800 m away.

Other nice beaches are: Spiaggia d San Gemiliano and Basura about 1,5 km and Spiaggia della Capanninna about 2 km away. The beautiful Lido di Orrì can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and grocery stores are all within walking distance.

The Borgo degli Ulivi residence

The Borgo degli Ulivi develops in a horseshoe shape around a central body that houses the reception and bar as well as the beautiful pool area, with an area for adults and a separate one for toddlers and children. The residence is surrounded by a well-tended park with many Mediterranean plants and trees. The buildings are two-story and painted in warm colors such as yellow, red and blue.

The structure has 27 elegant and comfortably furnished apartments, 15 two-room apartments and 12 three-room apartments for up to 6 people.
Each apartment has its own entrance and an outdoor area, a veranda on the ground floor or a balcony on the first floor, which is furnished with table and chairs.
