The Giardino degli Oleandri Residence with its 2 swimming pools is located in the north-east of Sardinia, near the beach and a few minutes by car from the glamorous holiday destination Porto Cervo, best known for its exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants and the fine marina.The residence, surrounded by the oleanders from which it takes its name, is built on a hillside immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.
The property is located just 750 meters from the beach of Pitrizza, for golf enthusiasts, the Pevero Golf Club is only 5 km away.
