The position

The Mareterra 2 residence with shared pool and its modern apartments is located on the southeast coast of Sardinia, near Cardedu (Ogliastra) and about 400 m from the sea and the sandy beach of Museddu.

The residence was opened in summer 2023 and is approx. 350 m away from the modernly furnished Mareterra holiday homes (some with private pools).

There are basic services available in the village Cardedu (about 5 km from the villas), while the town of Arbatax is about 25 km away and offers more choice.

The residence

The common areas include a large swimming pool equipped with loungers and parasols.

A private path leads directly to the beach.

The apartments and suites

Guests can choose between holiday apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and junior suites, which are particularly suitable for couples.

Each unit is equipped with a large furnished loggia and a private garden.

Junior Suites
These 8 studio apartments are set in 4 bungalows, located in a secluded and quiet area of the residence.
Each suite has a living space of approximately 30 sqm and offers a kitchenette with dining table and chairs and a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a veranda with a table, chairs and armchairs and an exclusive (non-heated) whirlpool.

WiFi (no fiber optic cable) is available in the common areas of the residence. Unfortunately, the Cardedu area is not yet well connected to the internet, so bandwidth quality and consistent connection speed cannot be guaranteed.
