Residence Sunrise Mare

The position

The Residence Sunrise Mare with shared pool is located in the town of Abba Urci (Ogliastra) in the south-east of Sardinia.

The modern and comfortable apartments, all individually furnished, are about 600 metres from the sea and about 1,500 metres from Foxi Manna beach.

There is a bar-restaurant and tennis/volleyball court within walking distance, and supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.

The swimming pool with solarium, which is shared with the other accommodations, is open from 15 May to 15 September.

The Ogliastra, with its long sandy beaches, is a relatively unknown tourist area in Sardinia, full of charm and unspoilt nature.

We recommend a car to discover as best this still unknown part of Sardinia.

The Residence

The terraced houses and apartments of the Residence are furnished in a modern style and equipped with all comforts to guarantee relaxing holidays in Sardinia.

Sunrise Gold is a two-storey terraced house consisting of a living room with dining area and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside is a veranda with table and chairs overlooking the sea and a lawned garden.

2-room Apartment Sunrise White
This apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and has a living room with a kitchenette and dining area as well as two single beds in the back of the room.
In addition there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a covered veranda with table and chairs and a seating area as well as a front garden with lawn.
This property does not have a sea view.

3-room Apartment Sunrise Yellow
The three-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced house and has a living room with a sofa, kitchenette and dining area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a covered sea view veranda with table and chairs and a seating area as well as a lawned front garden.

Holiday home Sunrise Lavander
Sunrise Lavender is a two-storey terraced house.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and sea view balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A staircase leads to the lower floor with a living area with kitchenette and dining table with chairs and another covered veranda with sea view.
