Villa Acquamarina, with its stunning infinity pool, is located directly on the sea in Portobello, northern Sardinia. With up to 8 bedrooms, it is the perfect villa for multiple families or a large group of friends.The Portobello complex, founded in 1963, is a residential park with exclusive access, stretching over 3 km of coastline and rich in beautiful small coves with white sand, granite rocks, and crystal-clear waters. Around 300 villas and houses have been harmoniously built on more than 100 hectares of lush Mediterranean scrub and pine forests, blending seamlessly with the surrounding nature. Easily accessible beautiful beaches include Baia dell’Uomo, La Spiaggia Rosa, La Spiaggia del Geometra, and La Spiaggia dell’Agnata.

A deposit of €2,500.00 / €3,000.00 (Villa PLUS) must be paid by bank transfer to SardiniaNatour within one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, once the property has been inspected.
Tourist tax
The local authority requires the payment of a tourist tax of €5.00 per person and night from 12 y.o. and over for the period from 1 March to 31 October.

Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight: 50 Euro
Electricity > 400 KW per week (Villa 1), > 650 KW per week Villa PLUS
