Villasimius is one of the most popular holiday resorts in the south of Sardinia, thanks to its beautiful and varied child-friendly sandy beaches.
The villa
In front of the villa is the beautiful rectangular private pool with sun loungers and some parasols.There is also a well-tended garden with a lawn and Mediterranean plants, an outdoor barbecue and two outdoor showers.
Stairs lead up from the pool area to the covered veranda with dining table and chairs.
The recently renovated villa has a living space of approx. 140 square metres on 2 levels.
From the veranda you enter the bright living room, which is designed as an open-plan space and houses a sofa area, the kitchen and a first bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the basement with its 3 bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom with shower.
