The position
The elegant Villa Aramis with private pool is located in southern Sardinia in the seaside resort of Chia, not far from the Hotel Chia Laguna Resort and just 300 meters from Campana beach.Services such as supermarket, bars and restaurants are about 500 m from the villa.
There is also a golf course and a riding stable nearby.
In a few minutes by car you can reach Pula, the tourist center of the area with more services, several shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Cagliari with its airport is about 55 km away.
The Villa

Aramis is an elegantly furnished villa surrounded by a well-kept lawned garden with hedges, offering a lot of privacy.As it is only 300 meters from the beach, the villa is perfect for a beach holiday for 4 couples or 2 families with children.
The beautiful pool (approx. 4.5 x 9 m) is equipped with sun loungers.
The large covered porch is furnished with table and chairs, BBQ and a seating area.
Interiors
The villa consists of the main building plus 2 dependances with separate entrances.In the main part, with access from the veranda, there is a living room with sofas in front of the fireplace and a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed, each with its own bathroom (with shower or bath).
A few steps away there is the dependance with independent entrance with the 3rd double bedroom and the 3rd bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the basement where the 4th bedroom with window and private bathroom is located:
