The cosy pool villa Azzara with 5 bedrooms is located in a panoramic position in the northeast of Sardinia, only 4 km from the sea and about 15 km from Porto Cervo on the Costa Smeralda. For up to 10 people (+ 2 infants).
Position
The tasteful furnished villa with private pool is located hillside ina panoramic position in the south of Baja Sardinia in the north of Sardinia.Villa Azzara is about 4 km away from the coast and about 15 km from Porto Cervo (Emerald Coast).
Baia Sardinia with its shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and much more is about 8 km away.
The Villa
Outdoor area
Outside, the curved pool is framed by large and small granite rocks and equipped with some loungers.There are two covered verandas: the one on the front is furnished with a table and chairs and a cozy seating area, and the one on the rear side is furnished with a table and chairs.
Inside
The two-storey villa Azzara has a living area of about 220 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 people (+ 2 infants).The two floors of the villa are connected by an internal staircase, but have also separate entrances.
The villa with its wooden furniture is tastefully furnished and comfortable.
The 1st floor (or better the main level) comprises 1 large living room with comfortable lounge in front of the fireplace and a dining area, 1 well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with queen-sizel bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The lower level comprises 1 living room with sofa, a dining area and a modern kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed and one with a futon bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower (in one of the bathrooms in the washing machine).
In the bedroom with the futon bed the woodem ceilings and the large Granite rocks perfectly integrated in the ambiance are real eyecatchers.
