The elegant villa Baia di Chia with 3 bedrooms is located in the south of Sardinia near Chia, famous for its beautiful and child-friendly sandy beaches.
The position
Villa Baia di Chia is located on the south of Sardinia in Chia and the sea is about 400 m away (the beach is easily reachable on foot).
Chia offers main shopping facilities such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
During summer you can buy fruit and vegetables directly from the local producers (farmers).
Outdoor area
The villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden with beautiful lawns, shady olive trees and a Mediterranean vegetation.There are a covered veranda with two sun loungers and a larger one with a wooden table and chairs and a cosy wicker sofa.
In addition, there is a roof terrace which can be reached on the back of the house through a staircase.
Other features are the barbecue and a parking lot.

Inside, there is a large living room with sofa, dining area and open well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with single bed and the possibility of another pull-out bed) and 3 bathrooms with shower.The villa is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished.
The two bedrooms with double bed have direct access to the garden.
