Villa Barbara in the north east of Sardinia and not far away from the Emerald Coast features a nice private pool, 6 bedrooms and a lot of privacy.
The position
Barbara, a large villa with swimming pool, is located in north-eastern Sardinia between Palau (9 km) and Baja Sardinia (23 km) and not far from the famous Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast).Porto Cervo is about 27 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car, while the nearest airport is that of Olbia (35 km).
The villa, located in the countryside, blends perfectly into the Mediterranean maquis that characterizes this part of Sardinia.
The Villa
The villa is surrounded by an estate of approximately 1.5 hectares and has a beautiful private swimming pool with solarium.Outside, the villa has a large covered veranda with table and chairs and a seating area with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The villa on two levels and with a living area of about 300 square meters has two entrances, one through the kitchen on the lower floor and one from the pool area to the living room on the upper floor (both entrances have convenient parking spaces).
The living area on the upper level offers a sofa and various armchairs, a large pool table and a fireplace.
On this level there is the 1st double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace.
From the living area 3 steps lead down to a sleeping area, with two further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.
The lower level (an internal staircase leads down from the living room) offers the kitchen with utility room and a half-bathroom.
2 steps down there is a 2nd sleeping area, with two further bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
