The position
Villa Blue Horizon with garden and private freshwater pool is located a few steps from the sea in northern Sardinia in Portobello di Gallura, a well-kept and exclusive residential complex founded in 1963.The approximately 300 villas and houses have been built on an area of over 100 hectares in a lush Mediterranean maquis, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature.
The park stretches along a 3 km long coastline with cliff beaches and sandy coves and crystal clear sea.
The beautiful beaches in the area are: Baia dell'Amore, Baia dell'Uomo, Lu Culumbu, La Spiaggia Rosa, La Spiaggia del Geometra and Agnata.
In Portobello you will find a small supermarket open all year round, a restaurant with pizzeria and bar, a small playground, a marina for mooring boats up to 7-8 meters long, a tennis court (with reservation) and a soccer field.
The Villa
The Villa Blue Horizon, furnished in a modern style, is located about 100 m from the sea and faces west, perfect for enjoying wonderful sunsets.The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a freshwater pool (10 mx 14 m) and a lawn for sunbathing.
On the terraces, partly covered, are the outdoor dining area, the summer kitchen and the relaxation areas overlooking the sea.
The interiors of the recently completely renovated villa are divided into 2 functional areas:
- A large open space with a relaxation area and a very modern American kitchen opening onto the double panoramic terrace.
- A few steps separate this area from the first sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 3 en suite bathrooms with shower.
