The Villa
Villa Blue Sea is in a unique location in Villasimius right by the sea: a staircase and a small path lead from the garden to the sandy beach of Cala Caterina.Outside there is a well-kept garden with lawn and a beautiful infinity pool (15 x 4 meters) with solarium.
The villa offers covered verandas on all levels, furnished with table and chairs or a seating area, some with sea or garden views.
The villa is spread over 3 levels and has recently been completely renovated.
The accommodation has a modern kitchen with every comfort, a large living room with dining area and 7 bedrooms (5 double rooms, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 twin room) and 7 bathrooms, some with shower, some with sink.
