Position of the Villa
The modern and luxury Villa Castiadas 1 with private pool is based in Costa Rei in the south east of Sardinia, around 600 mt from the sea in a small residential area with about 30 houses and a 4 **** star hotel.The resort of Costa Rei - Monte Nai is about 4 Km away and the airport of Cagliari, the island’s capital, at 70 Km.
In Monte Nai there are a variety of shops for everyday shopping, bars and restaurants and especially in the summer months there are a lot of activities for adults and children.

The villa has a surface of 220 m2 on two levels and is modern and elegantly furnished.The villa offers a spacious living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 1 guest toilette.
Outside at the ground floor there are several covered verandas with elegant and comfortable garden furniture and on the first floor you can enjoy the marvellous sea view.
