The resort of Costa Rei - Monte Nai is at 4 Km and the airport of Cagliari, the island’s capital, at 70 Km away.

In Monte Nai there are a variety of shops for everyday shopping, bars and restaurants and especially in the summer months there are a lot of activities for adults and children.

On the long and beautiful sandy beaches chairs and umbrellas can be rented.

The villa

The two-storey villa is situated on an little hill and it is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lawns and Mediterranean vegetation.

The pool is located at the ground level and in front of the villa.

Outside, on the ground and at the first floor, there are several covered verandas with elegant and comfortable garden furniture and here you will enjoy the amazing sea view.

There is a fixed barbecue for outdoor cooking.
