Villa Chia Beach is situated in a slightly hilly position in the popular holiday resort of Chia in the south of Sardinia. Chia is known for its fine sandy beaches, which are also suitable for small children.
The location
Villa Chia Beach with swimming pool and wide sea views is located in Chia in the south of Sardinia, about 2,000 m from the nearest beach.The larger Villa Ercia with 5 bedrooms and of course a private swimming pool is also available for rent nearby.
Chia is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, which are shallow enough to be suitable for young children.
In Chia you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants; further services are available in Pula, where there is also a nice town centre.
Cagliari, with its airport, is about 55 km away and can be easily reached by car, taxi or public transport.
The Villa
Villa Chia Beach is a 2-storey hilltop villa with stunning sea views.In the garden there is a beautiful pool, covered verandas with table and chairs and/or seating, an outdoor shower.
The main veranda (next to the pool and partly covered) has a seating area and a dining area with table and chairs.
On the ground floor, the veranda leads to the living room with lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen and guest toilet. 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there are 3 further bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite.
