The elegant Villa Cipressu with private swimming pool and well-kept garden is only 400 m away from the beach, close to the well-known holiday resorts of Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo (Costa Smeralda) in the north-east of Sardinia.The villa is part of an exclusive condo in Cala dei Ginepri, there are similar villas in the vicinity, almost all with swimming pool and large outdoor areas for more privacy.
Porto Cervo is about 27 km away and easily reachable by car.
The Villa
Villa Cipressu is surrounded by a well-kept lawned and terraced garden.The rectangular pool is approximately 20 meters from the villa and features elegant sun loungers.
The covered veranda adjacent to the villa is furnished with table and chairs.
Inside, the elegantly and stylishly furnished villa extends over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining area and a sofa, a separate kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The lower level features 2 further bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
