The position

Dolce Vita 7, a modern and spacious villa with private pool and sea view over the Gulf of Cappricioli in the north east of Sardinia, is located in a quiet position on a hill in the village of Abbiadori just 4,000 meters from the sea and about 6 km from Porto Cervo and the famous Emerald coast.

The villa is part of a small complex of silimilar holiday estates set on a hill, each one with its own swimming pool and a manicured garden.

From the villa you can walk (about 500m away) to the small shopping center with various services such as newsagents, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

Abbiadori is a fraction of the municipality of Arzachena in the province of Olbia-Tempio and only a few kilometers away from Porto Cervo, the undisputed "centre" of the famous Costa Smeralda.

Nearby is the beautiful Pevero Golf Club which is located a few kilometers away and can be quickly reached by car.

The Villa

Dolce Vita 7 is a spacious two-storey villa, elegantly and comfortably furnished.

On the sea side there are the well-kept garden with lawn, the beautiful swimming pool (maximum depth 2 meters) and the covered verandas furnished with table and chairs and a comfortable sitting area.

The ground floor (with a few steps between the different rooms) has a bright living room with direct access to the swimming pool and the verandas, a dining room and a modern and well-equipped kitchen.

There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 3 other double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower or bathtub.

An annex, connected via a covered external corridor to the main villa, leads to the 5th double bedroom with private bathroom.

In the basement at the end of a corridor is a 6th bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom with direct access to the garden and the pool area.
