Dream Villa is situated in the north-east of Sardinia, directly on the sea and with direct access and landing stage for dinghies. With 4 bedrooms and covered sea-view veranda it is perfect for relaxing holidays in Sardinia.
The position
The Dream Villa is located in the north east of Sardinia on the island of La Maddalena, which can be reached daily (every 30 min.) by ferry from PalauThe island of Maddalena belongs to the National Park La Maddalena Archipelago, which includes seven of the islands (Maddalena, Caprera, Spargi, Budelli, S. Maria, S. Stefano and Razzoli) and some smaller and uninhabited islets.
The national park was founded in 1994 as a Geo marine protected area and extends over an area of up to 15.000 hectares and a coastline of 180 Km and is well worth seeing not only because of its crystal clear sea water and fascinating landscape, but also serves as a refuge for many animal species.
The Villa
The small cliff bay slopes gently into the sea and nearby there is a jetty.The property is surrounded by a 3,000 m² garden with Mediterranean bushes and bizarrely shaped granite rock.
In the garden there are many small places to relax and sunbathe.
In front of the house and overlooking the bay is a covered porch equipped with table and chairs.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has a surface of 120m2 (on multiple levels connected by steps with each other).
There is one living room with seating area in front of the fireplace and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (three with double bed and one with twin beds) and three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub, ensuite).
