The secluded Villa Eclipse with up to 7 bedrooms is a luxury retreat with a lot of privacy in the north-east of Sardinia, about 250 m from the sea and near the Emerald Coast and Porto Cervo.
The position
The stunning Villa Eclipse with private pool and amazing ocean views is located in Cala dei Ginepri in north-eastern Sardinia, between Cannigione and Baia Sardinia.The villa is located in an exclusive park surrounded by similar villas and offers a great panoramic view and a lot of privacy.
The beaches of Cala dei Ginepri and Ea Bianca are about 250 m away from the villa.
The famous holiday destination Porto Cervo with its beautiful marina and many boutiques of the most famous fashion brands is only 11 km away and can be reached quickly by car.
The outdoor area
The villa has private covered parking for 2 cars at the driveway.A staircase leads down from the parking lot to the well-kept garden with lawns, olive trees and Mediterranean plants: Here you will find the beautiful swimming pool, embedded between rocks and the villa, a covered veranda with wooden table and chairs and a barbecue area.
There is a second garden in front of the villa with lawned areas and a large terrace with amazing ocean views.
With access from the garden and separated from the villa there is a well equipped gym.

The Villa
Next to the swimming pool is the main entrance of the multi-level villa.The furnishing is elegant and tasteful in a maritime style and mostly in light colours.
The ground floor at pool level features a bright living room with panoramic windows, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a guest toilet and a master bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with jakuzzi and sea views and a covered ocean views terrace.
The lower floor is accessed by an internal staircase: the sleeping area consists of a suite with 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bedrooms with queens-size bed and 1 twin bedroom, for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.
Some of the bedrooms have a covered, furnished veranda and direct access to the front garden with ocean views.
A dependance with separate access offers a 7th bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower (this can also be used for the staff).

- 30% of the rental price until 46 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 45 days prior arrival date to no-show
