Villa Elettra

The position

Villa Elettra with a large garden and exclusive pool is located just a few steps from the sea in the north of Sardinia in the gated community of Portobello di Gallura, a well-kept and residential park. The approximately 300 villas and houses were built from 1963 on an approx. 3 km long coastal strip with an area of ​​over 100 hectares, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature consisting of a lush Mediterranean maquis, fragrant bushes and numerous pine trees bent by the wind. Only residents have exclusive access to this gated community via two entrance gates.

The beautiful beaches in the area are: Baia dell'Amore, Baia dell'Uomo, Lu Culumbu Beach, Pink Beach, Surveyor's Beach and Agnata Beach.

In Portobello you will find a supermarket (open all year round), a restaurants with pizzeria and bar, a little playground, a marina for boats up to 7-8 meters in length, a tennis court (with reservation) and a soccer field.

Outdoor area of the villa

The main edifice Villa Elettra EXC (approx. 220 square meters) and the dependance Elettra Petite (approx. 180 square meters) are located on the 1,000 square meter garden plot. Between the two buildings and surrounded by a well-tended lawn is the exclusive seawater pool (approx. 100 square meters), which has the surprising shape of a light bulb. The swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the sea.

Each villa has its own partially covered veranda, which is equipped with a lounge seating area and a dining table and chairs.

There are 3 possibilities to rent the 2 villas:
 

• up to 10 people: Villa Elettra EXC (3 bedrooms on the ground floor + 2 extra in the basement)
• up to 6 people; Villa Elettra Petite (3 bedrooms on the ground floor)  WITHOUT pool
• from 10 to 16 people. Villa EXC + Petite (6 bedrooms on the ground floor + 2 extra in the beasment)

The villas

The two villas have large French windows in the living rooms, which can be opened wide and thus skillfully connect the interior with the exterior. The furnishings are very tasteful, predominantly in white, blue and gray, with fine fabrics and maritime decorations.

•         Beaches with beach service: Capo Testa, Badesi, Santa Teresa, Rena Majore.
•         Beaches for dogs: The bau beach is 5 km away
