The position
Villa Encantada with a beautiful private pool is a lovingly restored traditional farmhouse in northern Sardinia near Bjia Sardinia and not far from Porto Cervo.The sea is a good 3,000 m away and the nearest beaches are at Canniggione and Cala dei Ginepri.
Thanks to its private location, the villa is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in close contact with nature with lots of privacy.
The outdoor areas
The charming villa is surrounded by approximately 4.5 hectares of gardens, and privacy, tranquility and the connection with nature characterize this place.A little above the main villa there is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a gazebo to organize aperitifs and spend beautiful evenings looking at the view.
The villa also has covered outdoor areas furnished with table and chairs.

The villa itself consists of a main house and a dependance about 30 meters away, which seems to lean against a large rock in a picturesque way.The main house has: a living room with fireplace and piano, a very modern separate kitchen and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
The annex offers 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a modern kitchenette and a covered outdoor terrace.
The decor is elegant with traditional elements, antique furniture and modern comforts, a perfect solution for those who want to live a luxurious experience in close connection with nature.
