Villa Erica with swimming pool and sea views is located in a panoramic hilltop location in the well-known holiday resort of Chia in southern Sardinia, about 2,000 m from the nearest beach.Chia is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, which are also suitable for small children thanks to the shallow seabed.
In Chia there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants; Further services are available in Pula, where there is also a nice center.
Cagliari with its airport is about 55 km away and is easy to reach by car, taxi and public transport.
The Villa
Villa Erica is located on a hill and offers sweeping sea views.The villa's garden is fenced and offers a beautiful infinity pool with sun loungers, covered verandas with table and chairs and/or seating areas, an outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces.
