The enchanting Villa Escapade with heated pool and 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people is located in the north of Sardinia in the countryside, approx. 3 km from the sea.
The position
Villa Escapade, one of the few villas in Sardinia with a heated pool, is located approx. 2 km from the sea and the next sandy beach, reachable in a few minutes by car. At Vignola Mare are available some basic services.Please note: The villa is located about 3km south of Portobello, but does not belong to the guard-gated community (so guests have no access).
The Villa
The villa is located in the countryside and the last stretch is accessible via a track. The charming Countryvilla Escapade with heated pool is the result of a loving restoration of a typical Gallura farmhouse, also called stazzo: the famous architect Ilaria Carapelli has transformed it into an elegant country estate.The rooms
The villa, furnished in a chic Nordic style with furniture in light colors, natural materials and colored fabrics, has a spacious living room with a modern kitchenette and a second living room with cosy sofas..The sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shower or better: 3 rooms with queen-size bed and private bathroom, 1 room with queen-size bed and external bathroom and 1 bedroom with independant entrance from the garden, with two small double beds and a bathroom with shower ( perfect for 2 adults or 4 children).

The outdoor area
On the front of the villa there is a covered veranda with a wicker seating group with soft cushions and on the rearside and under a beautiful olive tree there is a second outdoor seating area with a rustic wooden table, two benches, a couple of armchairs and a hanging chair. The garden with its Mediterranean maquis consists of fragrant bushes, a few trees and a green lawn; here is also an inviting double sun lounger with a canopy.A small path leads to the rectangular and heated pool, around which there are some sun loungers and a seating area.

Security Deposit
A deposit of €3,000.00 must be paid by bank transfer to SardiniaNatour within one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, once the property has been inspected.
Tourist tax
The local authority requires the payment of a tourist tax of €5.00 per person and night from 12 y.o. and over for the period from 1 March to 31 October.
Checkin from 5 pm to 8 pm
Checkout from 8 am to 10 am
Possible additional charges on the spot
Late arrivals from 20:00 to midnight: 50 Euro
Not included consumption electricity for pool heating
Electricity > 350 KW per week

- 50% of the rental price until 46 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 45 days prior arrival date to no-show
