The location
Fabiana is a charming, detached luxury villa, recently built and situated on the east coast, just a few minutes walk from San Teodoro.Nearby you can find the most beautiful beaches in the area: Cala Brandinchi, Lu impostu, La Cita, Punta Est and Porto taverna.
The Villa
The villa with private pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden.The villa has a large covered veranda, a cosy outdoor dining area with barbecue, an outdoor lounge and a sunbathing lawn.
Characterised by the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Fabiana is built and furnished with noble materials, such as marble from Orosei, granite, wood, terracotta and wrought iron and, to embellish it, special stylistic details and a refined choice of furniture.
On the first floor there is a bright living room with fireplace, an open kitchen with cooking island and large dining table, a bathroom, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
On the lower floor, there is a triple bedroom and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom, as well as a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden.
