The recently renovated and detached Villa Faro with seaviews is located in the northeast of Sardinia in Porto San Paolo, just 10 meters from a nice sandy beach.All basic services are available in Porto San Paolo, like shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, pharmacies and newsagents, ATM.
The Villa
Faro, a detached and very modern villa, is located in the first row to the sea and is only a few steps away from a small sandy beach.The two-storey villa was recently renovated, is modern, fresh and is fully equipped with all comforts.
The ground floor comprises 3 bedrooms with matrimonial beds (two of them with sea views), 2 bathrooms with floor showers and a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen and a long dining table with 10 chairs.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor.
The first floor offers a well-equipped modern kitchen and a large partially covered sea-view veranda, which can also be closed with practical sliding French doors.
The veranda is furnished with a comfortable sofas, a dining area and a small seating area and offers beautiful views of the island of Tavolara.
