Villa Federico with its 17 m long private pool is located in a panoramic position with sea views in the fabulous seaside resort of Chia in southern Sardinia, around 2,000 m from the fine sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea.Services such as supermarket, bars and restaurants are about 500 m from the villa.
There is also a golf course and a riding stable nearby.
In a few minutes by car you can reach Pula, the tourist center of the area with more services, several shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Cagliari with its airport is about 55 km away.
