The location
Fiordaliso, a newly built, modern villa with private swimming pool and well-kept garden with lawn, is located in the south of Sardinia in the municipality of Santa Margherita di Pula, known for its long and fine sandy beaches.The sea is about 500 metres away as the crow flies.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and newsagents can be found in Chia and Pula, but there are also small supermarkets within a radius of 2 - 3 km.
With 7 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 18 people.
We recommend the accommodation not only for a holiday by the sea, but also out of season, in spring and autumn.
Not far away is the restaurant of the Hotel Eliantos, where you can dine a la carte in the evening (for a fee).
The hotel also offers a beautiful spa and beauty treatments (on request and for a fee).
The Villa
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawns and Mediterranean ornamental plants.Fiordaliso has a large veranda with sun loungers and parasols, which is directly adjacent to the beautiful swimming pool.
The villa is spread over two floors and has several entrances, both at the back and on the sides.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan room with a sofa area, a dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
On this floor there are also 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and a bed sofa for 2 people. One of the bedrooms has a private outdoor area.
On the first floor there are 3 other bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Two of them have a sofa bed for two extra people.
The furnishings are modern and tasteful with lots of wood and natural materials and mainly in the colours white and blue.
