The Position
Francy is a modern villa with private swimming pool in the south-east of Sardinia in the Castiadas area, about 9 km from the Costa Rei and the sea.Nearby all the basic services such as supermarkets and restaurants and farmhouses to savor the authentic Sardinian cuisine and more.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Costa Rei are very long and kid-friendly.
Villasimus is only 20 km away and reachable within minutes with the car.
The Villa
The ground level property features a modern design.Inside there is a living room with relax area and dining area and an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and induction hob.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with twin beds) all equipped with air conditioning and French windows overlooking the garden and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The master bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool.
Outside and next to the pool there is a covered area with table and chairs and some sun beds.
There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
