The position
Giada with its private swimming pool is an elegant and modern villa, which is located just a few meters from the sea and the rocky beach in the north of Sardinia in Portobello, a small coastal town between Vignola Mare and Costa Paradiso.The nearest sandy beach called Lu Culumbu is about 550 m away.
Other beautiful beaches in the area are Baia dell'Amore, Baia dell'Uomo, La Spiaggia Rosa, La Spiaggia del Geometra and La Agnata beach.
The villa is part of a residence by the sea to which only residents have access.
The residential park with an area of over 100 hectares is located in the middle of a lush, Mediterranean maquis and extends 3 km along the coast, with small bays and sandy beaches and exclusive access for residents.
In Portobello you will find a year-round supermarket, restaurant with pizzeria and bar, a marina for mooring boats up to 7-8 meters in length, a tennis court (with reservation) and a soccer field.
In Vignola Mare (approx. 5 km) you will find all basic services and much more, such as a hairdresser and beautician, pharmacy and newspaper and tobacco shops.
Olbia and Golfo Aranci are around 80 km away, while Alghero is around 115 km away.
Outdoor area
The modern and white painted villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawns and Mediterranean trees and bushes and is characterized by a beautiful, rectangular swimming pool with solarium and sun loungers.There is also a large terrace, which is furnished with table and chairs and a comfortable seat and sofa corner.
The outdoor area also offers an outdoor shower, grill and parking spaces.
Inside Villa Giada
With access from the partially covered veranda there is an open living room with seating area and a large dining table with chairs in the modern kitchen.Here you will also find the two master bedrooms with double beds, each with a bathroom with shower and exit to the garden (both have air conditioning).
In the basement there is also a large walk-through room that can be used as an ironing room.
