The location
Villa Grecale with its spacious and park-like garden with a beautiful pool area and surrounded by shady trees and lush Mediterranean maquis is located in the north of Sardinia in the holiday resort of Costa Paradiso.The villa is located approx. 100 m as the crow flies from the sea on the eastern edge of the holiday resort on a gentle slope and offers a great deal of peace and privacy.
It is only a short drive by car to the centre with all the important services, as well as to the harbour, from where you can reach Cala Li Cossi and the beautiful Cala Tinnari by boat.
In Costa Paradiso, the villas, bungalows and flats are built in terraces on the mountainside and blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape with its dense Mediterranean scrub, characterised by the red rock formations bizarrely shaped by the mistral.
There are beautiful beaches in the vicinity of Costa Paradiso, which can be easily reached by car.
The villa
Villa Grecale stands on a 2,000 square metre plot of land, most of which is taken up by a natural park around the swimming pool.The driveway leads first to the private car park and then to the villa
The beautiful rectangular pool, which lies in the middle of the marvellous park, is equipped with sun loungers and of course there is also an outdoor shower.
The villa is perched above the pool area, with the entrance at the rear under a large covered veranda with a seating area, dining table and chairs, barbecue and table football.
Main level
From the veranda you enter the villa's large living room with sofa and dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen.
The recently renovated kitchen is organised, functional and modern and fits in perfectly with the fresh Mediterranean style of the villa.
Adjacent to this is a smaller living room.
The sleeping area on this level offers 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a 2nd service bathroom without shower; both rooms overlook a small, private and sheltered outdoor veranda.
Basement
Next to the kitchen, an internal staircase leads to the basement: on the same level as the pool and the park, there is the third bedroom with a smaller double bed (approx. 1,40 m wide) and a bathroom with shower.
There is also a private outdoor area with two hammock chairs.
