The Position
Villa Incanto is located in Portobello in the north of Sardinia in a residential complex with exclusive access for guests only and only 50 m from the sea.The first beach is only 300 m from the villa, other beautiful beaches within easy reach are: Baia dell'Uomo, La Spiaggia Rosa, La Spiaggia del Geometra and La Spiaggia dell'Agnata.
The Portobello complex, established in 1963, is a guarded residential park stretching along 3 km of coastline full of beautiful white sandy coves and granite rocks and a crystal clear sea with exclusive access for guests.
The approximately 300 villas and houses have been harmoniously built on an area of over 100 hectares of lush Mediterranean scrub and maritime pines, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature.
In Portobello you will find a supermarket open all year round, a restaurant with pizzeria and bar, a small playground, a small harbour for boats up to 7-8 metres long, a tennis court (booking required) and a five-a-side football pitch.
The villa
The villa has large panoramic terraces, a solarium and a private pool.The villa has a living area of approximately 170 sqm with panoramic windows on several floors.
The living area extends over several levels and is divided into three areas: the double living room with fireplace, sea view and access to the panoramic terrace, the dining area, also with sea view, and the well-equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms are also on different floors and there are two doubles, one twin with sea view, one single and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and plenty of fitted wardrobes, as well as a terrace with great sea views.
On the lower floor there is a laundry room of approx. 20sqm with washing machine.
