Description Villa Palas

Palas is the largest of the luxury villas at Is Molas Resort and is surrounded by a well-tended garden.

The secluded outdoor area offers terraces and beautiful outdoor seating as well as a 75 sqm pool.

The rooms of the Villa Palas are located in 4 separate, two-story edifices, which are connected among each other by the paved outdoor area and partly via bridges from the individual roof terraces.

In addition to the private pool, Palas has a central water basin, about 30 cm deep.

The main part comprises on the ground level the open-plan living area, the fully-equipped kitchen and a service bathroom.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double rooms, both with modern ens-uite bathrooms.

One of the rooms has direct access to the terrace.

The other three units house a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a 4th and a 5th bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom, respectively, and finally a fitness room that faces the pool and the garden
