La Boheme is a villa with private pool and very individually furnished in the beautiful Gallura in the north-east of Sardinia, just a few kilometres from Olbia and surrounded by the typical landscape of the region.
The location
Villa La Boheme with private swimming pool is located in the North East of Sardinia, close to Olbia and the sea.It is situated on a hill with views of the sea and the island of Tavolara.
A small selection of restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
The village of Telti is a 15 minute drive away and the centre of Olbia is a 20 minute drive away where there are many shops and services as well as the ferry port.
The beach and airport are 25 to 30 minutes away.
The final stretch to the villa is a 3km dirt road in good condition.
The Villa
Outside, the villa offers plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing, including a large swimming pool with a shallow children's area and sun terrace, a lovely barbecue area and a fire pit.Parking is available on the grounds.
The interior of the villa is individually decorated: The eclectic style is based on the idea of harmoniously mixing furniture, fabrics, colours and accessories from different periods, styles and origins.
There is a large living room with sofas, a modern kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom on a mezzanine.
All beds are futon type.
