Villa Lantana with its beautiful private swimming pool is situated in the north-east of Sardinia in a panoramic position in Punta Molara and offers extensive sea views.Punta Molara is located south of Olbia and is characterised by an almost unspoilt landscape, bays with crystal clear sea and nearby white sandy beaches.
The sea is about 700m away and the beautiful beaches in the area such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Punta Est and Porto Taverna are easily accessible by car.
For golf lovers, the Puntaldia Golf Club and Marina are 8 km away, San Teodoro 10 km and the Costa Smeralda 40 km.

The villa is furnished with fine custom-made furniture and offers a bright living room with access to the outdoor veranda, a comfortable kitchen and 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite bedroom, 1 double bedroom en-suite and a third double bedroom) and a third bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the outside veranda.

A deposit of €500.00 must be paid by bank transfer to SardiniaNatour within one week prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, once the property has been inspected.

- 30% of the rental price until 41 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 40 days prior arrival date to no-show
