Larimar is a detached villa with 5 bedrooms and is located in the small coastal town of Portobello di Gallura in the north of Sardinia. The sea and the sandy Baia dell'Amore beach are just over 500 metres away
The location
Villa Larimar is located in the coastal village of Portobello della Gallura in the north of Sardinia, about 500 metres from the sea.Portobello is a gated residential park founded in 1963 and stretches along 3 kilometres of coastline with beautiful bays of white sand and granite rocks and a crystal-clear sea with exclusive access for guests.
The approximately 300 villas and houses were built harmoniously on an area of more than 100 hectares in the lush Mediterranean maquis.
Beautiful beaches in the surrounding area are: Baia dell'Uomo, La Spiaggia Rosa, La Spiaggia del Geometra and La Spiaggia dell'Agnata.
In Portobello there is a market open all year round, a restaurant with pizzeria and bar, a small harbour for mooring boats up to 7-8 metres in length, a tennis court (by reservation) and a five-a-side football pitch.
The villa
A well-tended Mediterranean garden leads to the spacious covered veranda with seating areas.At the rear of the house is an elegant, partially covered patio with dining area and outdoor kitchen, equipped with barbecue and oven.
The roof terrace offers sweeping views of the sea.
From the front veranda, you enter the large living room with panoramic windows.
The living room connects the north wing, where the master bedroom with private bathroom and two triple bedrooms with their respective bathrooms are located, with the south wing, where there is another double bedroom with bathroom and the semi-open-plan kitchen with pantry; next to the latter is another single bedroom.
In the basement there is a second storage room and a utility room with bathroom.
