The sea-view Villa Le Farfalle 2 with private pool and well-tended garden is located on the east coast of Sardinia, about 20 Km in the south of Olbia and about 9 Km in the north of San Teodoro.The nearest beach is Lu Impostu: in beeline about 800 m and by car 2.000 m away.

The villa is divided in a principal edifice and a two-level dependance with separate entrance with a total living area of about 275 sqm.The estate is surrounded by a garden of 2.300 sqm, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation.

In front of the veranda there is the pool area equipped with some sun loungers.
