The position
The sea-view Villa Le Farfalle with private pool and well-tended garden is located on the eats coast of Sardinia, about 20 Km in the south of Olbia and about 12 Km in the north of San Teodoro.The sea is in beeline about 550 m away, the nearest beach is Lu Impostu (750 m).
The villa
The villa is divided in a principal edifice and a dependance with separate entrance with a total living area of about 270 sqm.The estate is surrounded by a garden of 2.000 sqm, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation.
The covered sea-view veranda of the main building is equipped with table and chairs and a cosy bamboo lounge.
In front of the veranda there is the pool area equipped with some sun loungers.
The main building
The main part comprises a living room with dining and relax area, a fully-equipped litchen, 1 master bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shaoer.The lower level hosts a laundry with washing machine.
The dependance
The dependance with separate entrance comprises on one level 3 bedrooms ( two with Queen-size bed and one with twin beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower.There is a 4th more simple bedroom in the basement and a half-bathroom with only shower and sink.
