The Position
The Seaside Villa Livia with its beautiful heatable infinity pool is located in the gated community of Portobello della Gallura in northern Sardinia.The villa is only 50m from the sea in beeline, 300m from the beach of Lu Culumbu and 800m from the romantic Baia dell'Amore.
Portobello di Gallura is a holiday destination that offers a lot of privacy and tranquility, because only the residents have exclusive access via two entrance gates.
The approximately 300 villas and houses were built from 1963 on an approx. 3 km long coastal strip with an area of over 100 hectares, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature consisting of a lush Mediterranean maquis, fragrant bushes and numerous pine trees bent by the wind.
Other beautiful beaches in the area are:Baia dell'Uomo, Pink Beach, Surveyor's Beach and Agnata Beach.
In Portobello you will find a supermarket (open all year round), a restaurants with pizzeria and bar, a little playground, a marina for boats up to 7-8 meters in length, a tennis court (with reservation) and a soccer field.
The outdoor area
Villa Livia stands directly on the sea (approx. 50 m from the cliff beach) and features an unobstructed panoramic ocean view.The villa features a HEATABLE infinity pool, of course equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the amazing sea views and the stunning sunsets.

From the veranda you enter the bright living room, which is furnished with two comfortable sofas and, thanks to the French window facing the sea, offers beautiful ocean views.To the right of the living room is the dining area and the modern kitchen (separated by a step).
Also on the right is the 1st sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a queen-size bed or twin beds) and 1 shared bathroom with shower.
On the left side of the living room is the 2nd sleeping area with 2 further bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
