The position
The nice villa Lutana with infinity pool is located on the coast of the seaside resort of Chia in the south of Sardinia.The nearest long dune beach Campana can be easily reached on foot after 500m.
Restaurant, supermarket and bars can be found in the vicinity of the house at a distance of approx. 500-800m.
Those who would like to play golf on holiday can do so at the Chia Golf Sporting Club next door.
Horse riding enthusiasts can book beach rides or practice lessons at the nearby Horse Riding Centre run by Giancarlo Cabras.
The nearest larger town, Pula, is a quarter of an hour away by car: Here you will find a variety of renowned restaurants, entertainment venues, shops and a lively piazza with shops and small shops.
The island's capital, Cagliari, with its airport, many museums and many other chic shops, is about 55 km away.

Villa Lutana is modernly furnished and surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean-style garden, which offers privacy to its guests.The beautiful private infinity pool with a size of approx. 6 x 12 m and the solarium offer luxury and relaxation.
From all rooms of the villa you have direct access to the terrace of the house, which is connected to the pool.

Interiors
The villa is on the ground floor and all rooms of the house have direct access to the large terrace, which is adjacent to the pool.The living room of the villa is a combination of dining and living room and is spacious with a sofa corner. The kitchen is well equipped and also has access to the terrace.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, which also have direct access to the outdoor area, and two fo them have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
A fourth room can be used as a relax room or as a 4th bedroom: Here you will find a couch that can be extended to a double bed.

For the villa rental, a security deposit of 1,500.00 € is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, subject to property inspection.
Tourist Tax
The local authority requires payment of the tourist tax of 2.50 € per person per night from 12 years of age, for the period from 01/03 to 31/10.
