The position
Villa Mariposa, furnished in a very-elegant and comfortable way, is located directly on the sea only 150 m away from the sandy beach of Le Farfalle on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia about 7 km away from San Teodoro.Accommodation
Villa Mariposa with a living area of approximately 530 m2 is located on a fenced estate of 7.500 m2 directly on the sea with view onto the islands of Molara and Tavolara.The sandy beach le Farfalle is at 150 m and other beaches are nearby and can be easily reached.
The luxurious and recently renovated villa offers on two levels 8 bedrooms ( five with double bed and three with two single beds), 8 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room with cosy sofas and an open fireplace.
The furniture is modern and comfortable.
The living room has access to the terrace with sea view and is equipped with garden furniture.
Between the villa and the sea is the pool area: The pool has a whirl pool and can be warmed-up in colder months with solar power and gas heating.
