The position

The prestigious Villa Mirabelle with its private swimming pool is located in Porto Cervo, just 250 m from the famous central square, called La Piazza.

The two closest sandy beaches, Giglio and Porto Paglia, are at 2,000 m and 5,000 m.

The exclusive Yacht Club Costa Smeralda is about 2,000m away, reachable either on foot or by car.

All the basic services, boutiques and shops are nearby and just 50 m on the other side of the road, a supermarket for everyday shopping.

The Villa

External

The single villa is located on a plot of approximately 2,000 m2 and is surrounded by a well-kept garden with green lawn.

The garden, typical of the hilly area of Porto Cervo, is spread over various levels: two flights of stairs go around the property and connect the annex, barbecue area and swimming pool.

The swimming pool with solarium is equipped with deckchairs and a lounge area.

A flight of stairs leads to the entrance and to a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for lunch and dinner in the open air.

Interior

The entrance to the villa opens onto a large lounge with sofas, a separate dining area and a functional kitchen.

The villa has 4 bedrooms in 2 separate areas.
1st area: 1 room with a double bed and a green and white tiled private bathroom with a round sink, 1 room with 2 single beds (which can be put together) and a blue tiled private bathroom
2nd area: 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 1 single bed or 1 narrower double bed (max. 1.40 m wide), which share a modernized green tiled bathroom with shower.

Dependance

Located on the upper floor and with separate access, this area has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower (red and pink tiles).
On request there is also a small room with a bunk bed through which you can reach the bathroom.
This area is suitable for 1 family with 2 children or 4 children traveling with their parents.
