The Position
Villa Miramar with sea views and private pool is located on the north-east coast of Sardinia in the area of the protected marine park of Tavolara and Capo Coda Cavallo near San Teodoro and is part of an exclusive and well-kept residential complex.The villa is close to Salina Bamba beach, known for its white sand and crystal clear water; other beautiful beaches in the area can be reached quickly.

The property has been recently renovated and has two separate floors connected by an external staircase.The sea view villa has a well-kept garden, laid out on a slope and running along the staircase that connects the ground floor with the first floor
In a privileged position overlooking the sea is the private swimming pool, which invites you to take a refreshing dip at any time of the day. There are several sun loungers by the pool.
On the first floor there is also a terrace with a sea view and an outdoor lounge from where you can enjoy a wonderful view.
The BBQ area in the covered, semi-paved patio can seat up to eight people for lunch or dinner.

Villa Miramar has been recently renovated and is divided into two floors, the two levels are connected by an external staircase.
1st floor
In the upper part there is a bright and spacious living room that opens onto the terrace.The well equipped kitchen has direct access to the BBQ area at the rear.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
