This elegant, detached house is surrounded by a well-tended and spacious private garden and offers plenty of privacy.From the large, covered terrace, which is equipped with a comfortable seating area and a dining table, you have a wonderful view of the garden, the private pool and the unmistakable colours of Lu Impostu beach.

The villa
The villa with the main house in front of the pool and an annexe is tastefully furnished and equipped, very bright, air-conditioned in all rooms and has WLAN in the main house.The main house consists on one level of a bright and spacious living area with a cosy living and dining room, a functional and well-equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom (bath and shower) and walk-in wardrobe.
Both the living area and the master bedroom have direct access to the large covered veranda and offer beautiful sea views.
There is also an additional guest bathroom, which is useful for both the living area and the pool.
The two-storey annexe is accessed via a characteristic courtyard: it consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious bedroom with two French beds and en-suite bathroom.
