The modern and detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Villa Ninfea is located in the north-east of Sardinia, close to the popular holiday resort of San Pantaleo and the fashionable Porto Cervo on the Emerald Coast.Rena Bianca beach is around 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car.
The beautiful village of San Pantaleo with shops, restaurants, bars and a weekly market is approx. 4 km away.
Olbia, with its airport and harbour, is 22 km away.
The villa
The recently renovated Villa Ninfea is surrounded by a well-tended 1000 m2 garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants.There is a covered veranda with chairs and a small table at the entrance and a covered, larger veranda with a dining table and chairs at the rear.
The villa has a living area of approx. 220 square metres and is spacious and bright inside, furnished with style and taste.
From the veranda you can access both the very modern kitchen and the bright living room with a relaxation area with sofas and a dining area, also with table and chairs.
The living area leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, which share a bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
A second bathroom with shower is located next to the laundry room.
