The Location

Villa Paradise Bay, with its stunning infinity pool, is situated above the wild and romantic coastline of Costa Paradiso in northern Sardinia and offers sweeping sea views.

The large villa is nestled in a Mediterranean hilly landscape of wind-sculpted granite cliffs on the edge of the coastal town of Costa Paradiso.

The villa is situated approximately half way down a closed private road, surrounded by only a few other villas, and its position high above the access road guarantees peace and privacy.

The centre of Costa Paradiso, with its market and main services, is only a 15 minute drive away, as is the harbour, from where you can explore Cala Li Cossi or Cala Tinnari by dinghy.

The exterior

The villa has been built with the surrounding terrain in mind and its multi-level architecture adapts to its contours.

The beautiful 20 metre infinity pool, situated below the villa and opening directly onto the sea, is accessed via a series of stone steps.

Viewed from the pool, the villa above almost disappears into the surrounding hills.

The Villa

This villa, with almost 180 sqm of living space on 2 levels, is ideal for 2 families with older children.

The entrance to the villa is dominated by a wide stone staircase leading up to the villa.

To one side is a sheltered terrace with inviting outdoor sofas and a barbecue area, while to the other side is the main entrance leading to the upper level with living and kitchen areas.

A larger, sheltered patio with an imposing natural rock is easily accessed from the rustic, well-equipped kitchen and living room, which is furnished with table and chairs.

The living room consists of a dining area with fireplace and a lounge area, and the windows allow you to admire the breathtaking scenery of the Costa Paradiso as the daylight changes.

On this floor there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom overlooking the pool and a twin bedroom with bunk beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest toilet.

From the living room an internal staircase leads down to the cool basement where there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shared bathroom with bath.

All rooms in the villa have sea views and views of the pool.

The villa is individually decorated with bright colours and art objects such as paintings, ceramics, statues, baskets and much more.
