Villa Pegaso

The location

The ultra-modern Villa Pegaso is located in Portobello di Gallura, in the north of Sardinia, a private and exclusive seaside residential park that extends over an area of approximately 100 hectares and offers a great deal of privacy and tranquillity, as only residents have exclusive access through two entrance gates. The 300 or so villas and houses have been built since 1963 along a 3km stretch of coastline, covering an area of over 100 hectares, in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside of lush Mediterranean scrub, fragrant bushes and numerous wind-swept pine trees.

The beautiful beaches in the area are Baia dell'Amore, Baia dell'Uomo, Lu Culumbu Beach, Pink Beach, Surveyor's Beach and Agnata Beach.

Some of the beaches and Portobello's private marina are within walking distance, as well as the clubhouse, mini-market and tennis court with a wide range of facilities.

Exterior

Pegaso is an exclusive, ultra-modern villa that combines minimalist design with the surrounding natural beauty of northern Sardinia. The villa is situated in a dominant position, facing north-west with 180 degree views of the sea: here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
Behind the villa there is a small wood where you can retreat for moments of relaxation, reading or meditation.

The exclusive 14x5 metre swimming pool, which is deep enough for safe diving, is heated and has a counter-current system. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and an elegant outdoor shower.

Another popular area is the outdoor cooking area with a large wood-fired barbecue.

In typical Portobello style, the outdoor areas blend into the indoor spaces, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere thanks to the large panoramic sliding windows.

Main level of the villa
The main level offers a large living area opening onto a panoramic sea view terrace, an open plan kitchen and dining area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 1 four bedded room with two bunk beds and 1 studio with sofa bed and a 3rd bathroom with bath and shower.
