The position
The Villa Petite Lighthouse with its private pool is located in north-east Sardinia in Capo Faro, about 4 km from Porto Cervo, the center of the famous Costa Smeralda, and about 2 km from the sandy beach of Cala Granu.Not far from the villa is the elegant Colonna Resort, a 5-star hotel.
The modern villa is surrounded by other villas, all recently built in a similar style and with high quality materials.
The Villa
Villa Petite Lighthouse is surrounded by a well-kept lawned garden and features a private swimming pool with sun loungers.The covered veranda facing the pool is furnished with a table and chairs.
The villa is on two floors and the decor is fresh and modern in light colours.
The ground floor (at pool level) has a living room with sofa, a small well-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower.
The basement, accessible via an external staircase, offers 2 double bedrooms, each with independent access and bathroom with shower.
The rooms in the basement have windows and can be ventilated.
