The position
Villa Punta Cala dei Ginepri with private pool and sea views is located in the north-east of Sardinia, between Cannigione and Baia Sardinia and only 150 meters from Cala Dei Ginepri beach.The exclusive destination Porto Cervo with its beautiful marina and the many fashion boutiques of the most famous designers is only 11 km away, so it can be quickly reached by car.
The Villa
Villa Punta Cala dei Ginepri is located on a hill and offers a wide sea views over Cannigione and the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago.Outside, the villa offers a beautiful covered veranda always with sea views, a swimming pool with sun terrace and a well-tended terrace garden with lawn, Mediterranean maquis, bushes and trees.
In addition, there is a covered area for barbecue (with pizza oven) set above the pool.
The villa extends over two floors with a few steps between the individual rooms on the 1st floor.
The first floor has a bright living room with large windows with sea views, a sofa corner and a dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all with sea views and access to a covered balcony) and 3 bathrooms with shower.
A staircase leads to the ground floor (on the front garden level) with 2 further bedrooms (one double room with 3rd bed and one twin room) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
From this floor there is also access to the garage.
