Exterior
Villa Punta Molara is a spacious property, immersed in the beautiful natural setting of Punta Molara, and offers a panoramic view of the sea. The property extends over a plot of about 1,200 square metres, with ample outdoor space.There is a beautiful saltwater swimming pool of about 85 square metres with solarium.
Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, the pool area is equipped with elegant teak sun loungers, a practical barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven, perfect for preparing delicious pizzas and al fresco dinners.
The adjoining covered area is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Interior
The villa, measuring approximately 250 square metres, is on two levels.On the upper floor is the living area, the kitchen, the master suite with sea view terrace and en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom and bathroom.
The lower floor, with its own entrance, hosts a living area with an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

- 30% of the rental price until 46 days prior arrival date
- 100% of the rental price from 45 days prior arrival date to no-show
